If you do not pick up your package within 14 days, then we have the right to charge you a fee of $70 USD for not picking up the package. We do not bear any costs if the package doesn't get picked up by the customer or in case of faulty address.

We are accountable for what we sell. Our return/refund policy ensures that you do not need to pay excessive shipping costs to return a defective item to us if the fault is ours.
